COMMUNITY CARE CARDIO & WEIGHTS – TUESDAY at 10:45 to 11:45 AM

Come join us for some Cardio & Weight exercising at The Legion in Havelock at 8 Ottawa St. East on Tuesdays at 10:45 am to 11:45 am.

Cost is FREE as this is through our friends at Community Care. Bring clean running shoes, wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate. Thanks for letting me share with our friends!
