COMMUNITY CARE GOLD ZUMBA – TUESDAY at 9:30 – 10:30 AM

Come join us for some Zumba Gold fun at The Legion in Havelock at 8 Ottawa St. East on Tuesdays at 9.30 am to 10.30 am.

Followed by Advanced Cardio & Weights 10.45 am to 11.45 am.  Cost is FREE as this is through our friends at Community Care. Bring clean running shoes, wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate. Thanks for letting me share with our friends!
