COMMUNITY CARE BODY BALANCE – WEDNESDAY at 11:40 to 12:15 AM

Come join us for some Body Balance exercises at The Legion in Havelock at 8 Ottawa St. East on Wednesdays at 11:40 AM to 12:15 AM.

Cost is FREE as this is through our friends at Community Care. Bring clean running shoes, wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate. Thanks for letting me share with our friends!
